Orders
- All items are made to order through a third-party fulfillment partner (Printful).
- Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time.
Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are out of our control
- Crowns & Crooks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Payments
- All transactions are processed securely
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments
- You are responsible for any applicable sales tax based on your location
Products
- Due to the made-to-order nature, every piece is unique
- Slight color or placement variations may occur
- Please read product descriptions and size guides carefully

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information (if you create an account)
